Motion by Thuman and seconded by O’Reilly to approve the minutes from November 9, 2022. Motion carried 5-0.
CEDA update was given by Cailin Richard
Motion by O’Reilly and seconded by Hahn to approve payment for the Façade project for The Depot. Motion carried 5-0.
Motion by Hahn and seconded by Patrice to approve resolution 12.1 Lot Sales. with the update of adding 1006 Joyce Ave. Amended by O’Reilly and second by Thuman. Motion carried 5-0.
Motion by Thuman and seconded by O’Reilly to approve Wayne Gadient- Keller Williams Realty for a 2-year agreement. Motion carried 5-0.
Motion by Hahn and seconded by O’Reilly to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried 5-0.
